Our website serves customers in Singapore only. Orders from outside Singapore will not be accepted.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
• Full payment is required at checkout using your selected payment method.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• If you need to modify your order after payment, please send a written request via email to gokulraasvegetarian@gmail.com at least 3 business days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If the request is made less than 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date, we may proceed with the original order as initially placed.

Prices and Promotions

Prices listed on the website are accurate at the time of order.

Promotional codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be refunded or reissued for errors.

Returns and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled after payment unless there is an error on GokulRaas Cakeshop’s part. If this occurs, please contact gokulraasvegetarian@gmail.com or leave a message on our website. Requests made outside operating hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Delivery issues, such as missing items, must be reported within 2 days with valid proof. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will not be granted for incorrect or unused promotional codes, so please verify the code before completing your purchase.

Delivery & Liability

• We are only responsible for the purchase price of defective products and are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or transport disruptions.

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest will remain enforceable, and failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
