Delivery Policies
We kindly request at least 3 days’ notice from the date of order to ensure your cake is perfectly prepared and delivered to you. Please note that delivery is available for orders of $40 or more.
Standard Delivery
Delivery Fees
- Complimentary delivery for purchases over $100 at a single location.
- For purchases under $100, a minimal delivery charge starting from $10 will be applied.
Delivery Timings
- Deliveries are made every day from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Requested Delivery Time Slots
We recognize that certain events call for exact delivery timing! If you require a two-hour time slot for your delivery, we can arrange it for an extra charge of $30.
Please be aware that requested time slots are subject to availability and might involve third-party delivery partners, which could result in additional fees. We’ll make every effort to meet your scheduling needs!
Delivery Restrictions
Although we offer delivery across most areas, there are certain locations we do not serve:
- Changi Airport and surrounding premises (including cargo zones)
- Sentosa Island and areas around the Port of Singapore Authority
- Jurong Island
- Marina Bay Sands
- Hospitals and medical centers
- Coastal regions (e.g., East Coast Park, Pasir Ris Beach, Punggol Beach, Labrador Nature Reserve)
- Restricted zones, including military camps and airbases
Delivery Information
At Gokul-Raas Cakes & Bakes, we aim to deliver your orders within your chosen time slot. However, please note the following:
Unsuccessful Delivery
- If we're unable to complete the delivery, your order will be held safely at our Gokul-Raas Cakes & Bakes outlet for collection.
- If you require a second delivery attempt, we can arrange it for an additional fee of $10.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Unexpected Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or other unexpected events.
- In such cases, Gokul-Raas Cakes & Bakes is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control.
Holiday Season Deliveries
- During peak festive seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas), deliveries may occur anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, unless otherwise specified.
Special Instructions
- If you have specific delivery requests, please include them when placing your order.
Deliveries to Tuas and Jurong
- Due to the distance, deliveries to Tuas and certain parts of Jurong will incur an additional $20 delivery charge.
Change of Delivery Address
- If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, a $10 fee will be charged, subject to driver availability.
